Can the grand jury be a " Hung " Jury " ?
Update:
2 no 1 yes and I still don't know.
It seems to me that a even split, nobody willing to break, it would be a hung jury.
I have googled, Wikipedia, an asked my granddaughter who is in high school.
With only 3 answers, I still don't know.

No. A Grand Jury isn't deciding a person's guilt or innocence - it only decides if there's enough evidence to commit an accused to trial.
