Obama's executive order was targets illegal aliens that have been here for 5 years, if they are "under the radar" how do they prove that?

Presumably if they had a paper trail, we would have caught them before now. So how do they prove they have been here long enough to qualify? And if they can't should we go ahead and deport them?

Keep this in mind. These "illegals" are hiding right now. They are 'under the radar". Once they apply for amnesty they "come into the light". Makes it much easier for the next President to find them and deport them when he reverses Obama's amnesty order.

Actually, Obama was very clever here.....

Employers will keep some form of employment record, even if it's not being sent to the government. A hidden paper trail is still a paper trail.

Under Reagan's "amnesty", they had to prove residence for 12 years. I think they can manage five.

That was just fodder for the uninformed. NOBODY is going to get deported unless they are Jack the ripper and even then they may not.

Can't catch something you are not pursuing, or not ALLOWED to pursue.

Yes, they pull a low millions number out of their asses, but this little reprieve essentially applies to ALL of them.
