asked my ldr boyfriend to post my picture on instagram but he still hasnt?

We've been together for 7months in a long distance relationship. Being in an ldr, it's normal to feel insecure. One day we fought because we were both jealous over nothing. but it was kinda a big fight so he erased his bio on instagram (it used to write "taken and definitely not available". but that was a week or so ago now we're okay again and i wanted the both of us to post each other's pics to celebrate being together for more than half a year.

i told him about it and he said okay. so i posted his pic. a day later he still hasnt posted and i reminded him of it. he said "oh yeah hahaha i totally forgot" and he asked me which pic of me was okay and everything. He said he'll do it later when he's connected to the wifi (aka back in his room). but now a whole day has passed and he didnt even post it? is this normal and am i just being paranoid? please be ruthlessly honest but dont just hate for no reason. i'll readily accept proper criticism with reason. thanks
