why didnt my boyfriend post the picture that i asked him to?

i asked my bf if it was okay to post pictures of each other on instagram. he said okay but the next day after i posted he didnt do it yet so i asked him. he said he totally forgot and we discussed which pic to post. he said he'll do it once he's connected to the wifi(a.k.a. when he's in his room). but now it's the day after that and he still hasnt posted?????

we're in a long distance relationship of 7 months btw
