What should i do about mental illnesses?
i think i have a few mental illnessed like depression, anxiety, schizophrenia, OCD... and i think about suicide wuite a lot but i couldnt bring myself to do it, and i self harm, i tryed to hide it from my mum but today i told her i might have some mental illnesses and she just screemed at me and said "yeh u would like that, everyone can know u have a mental dissorder, u just want people to feel sorry for u" this made me really angry because i would rather she never knew this but i just wanted some anti depressants or something, i cant cope any more, my mum just says im a tiny bit upset because i have no friends but she dosnt know anythink having no friends dosnt mater to me i have so many more things like self hate, abusive parents and haveing no friends and spending all the time in the toilet crying and cutting myself ( i have other problems as well) but im just scared one day i will kill myself things r just getting worse and my mum rlly dosnt helpi dont know what to do anymore...:'(

Hi friend Jessie dear, yes it is all due to the state of your nervous system and ecological surroundings. I mean ecology not only the physical surroundings but also the mental vibrations of your parents,relatives, friends and even the holy and evil spirits too. Now the only way to get rid off such a situation is to meditate. Meditation, of course, is the process where our thinking totally cease. To get such a state we have to practice a technique. Simply close your eyes and sit in a relaxed way. Thoughts would be haunting you like anything. So you need some vibrations with a few syllable. Of course it is named as mantra. Just use this for Almighty sake. "RAM". Simply repeat this effortlessly. Don't concentrate on this. Actually there is no meaning for this sound. So simply repeat it. But soon you would lose it and more thoughts would flood upon you. Now simply come back to this sound and repeat it effortlessly. Again same losing and thoughts flooding. Again as you know that there is no mantra simply come back to it and repeat it. As you go on repeating this you would definitely reach a state, may be for just a moment, state of silence where there is no mantra and no thought. As you start being in that silent state gradually your nervous system would become purified and the eco surroundings too would start helping you. Definitely you would have self confidence and start observing the world where silent movement goes on in all the levels. See the ants are so busy performing their duties and wind is blowing and branches are dancing. Sun rises in the east as earth spins so smoothly. So you become one with natural whispers and start smiling at each and every thing and every one. All the best my dear.

Sorry about the other answer. Well, it sounds like you still reside with your parents and you have depression to deal with. It sounds like you already know about anti-depressant medications and
counseling. This professional help is key for you at this time. The cutting can and often does get worse because you need to deal with the underlying problem.
If your parents are not getting you the help you need, tell them that you are suicidal at times and that
should do it. It they still don't respond, you may need to tell a teacher. I cannot do therapy with you
in this email, so you need to be determined to beat this depression, go to a counselor, stay on your meds, and stay social. People always help with depression. GOOD LUCK
