What gifts should I get my college professors? ASAP??
I want to get Christmas gifts for my three favorite professors in college. The first one is my writing professor and she loves books, and she also loves to run.
The second professor majored in biology and she s very into like zoning and constructing things and other biology-type things. The last professor is my education professor and he s really into educational things so I was thinking maybe a book about education?
I also want to get a gift for the school counselor since she s helped me with so many things this past semester (school and personal things), and I thought it would be nice to get her something too. She likes art and I m not sure what else.
Anyone who can help me would be awesome!! Thank you!!!

It's not really appropriate to give professors gifts. This isn't elementary school.
We like to receive notes telling us how much someone enjoyed or benefited from a class. If you absolutely must give a present, a modest gift certificate to a book store would be acceptable.

I'm with Lili on this. It really isn't appropriate to give your university professors Christmas gifts. It is one thing if they are your graduate advisor or someone with whom you have a longer-standing relationship; otherwise you are best to write them a note of thanks. Really, truly, it is one of the nicest things a teacher can receive.
