white smoke at idle and blue smoke when revved?

the car only does it when completely warmed up. it smokes white smoke when idling, and when I rev it, it then has lightish blue colour. when cold- runs fine with no smoke. engine was just rebuilt and I think fuel pump is dying. its a 93 2.6 rodeo by the way....

ok...

also there is water or something coming from tail pipe, but have checked radiator and sump for water/oil contamination- but nothing, absolutely clean what would this be from?. thanks for your answers guys :)

    Bring it back to the person who rebuilt it. There is an internal oil leak.
