Did the president and attorney general fan the flames and continue to add fuel to the fire, by questioning the Grand Jury findings?

Spoken like someone who doesn't keep up.

The justice departments job is not to question the grand jury's decision, it is to find ways to mend the trust between the people and the police. Plus responding to a petition.

To me, this is a very welcome discussion. I shudder to think that people are not helping the police to do their jobs just because they don't trust the police. Or any other government official.

Republicans like yourself seem to want to sweep everything under the rug like with immigration reform. You are going to have to accept that people are tired of a do nothing congress, senate and Supreme Court.

I think the solution could be as simple as handing out pamphlets and create an online site informing them on the proper way to respond to police when confronted so that no one gets shot.

I just remembered that petition sent to the president about Justin Biebers petition to have him deported.

Most definitely. It's also unconstitutional for the president (or his cronies) his get involved in a local matter such as this.
