Wanting some opinions. Should I return to my old job or find a new one?

I started a job in high school and was making good money for my age. Everyone like me, except my boss. I felt like I was pretty good at it and then I had to go to college.

I'm not sure if this was on purpose or just miscommunication, but my boss deleted me off the roster when I left for school. I had expressed the want to return during the Christmas season. (You can stay on the roster for three months without working) I called own of my managers to ask her what happened and she said they would rehire me if I resubmitted an application.

I'm not sure if I want to go back. I had a lot of fun and made good friends there but I keep remembering the late nights and horrible customers I would deal with. My pay would drop down to minimum wage instead of my salary I had when I left from my raises. I'm only going to be there for three months and then will leave again.

My parents think I should go back, but I'm not sure. I just want some other opinions on this.

It would be better to find a new job instead and see if you can get a better pay and better working environment. Read this blog for work and job hunting related tips, http://bitly.com/1omMNdz .
