I finished my first day as an assistant teacher and I'm not sure how I feel about it. I've done lots of babysitting but that was with 1 or 2 kids.

My class is made up of 21 4-5 year old kids. On my first day, the lady who hired me dropped me off at my classroom and that was it. There was just so many new things and so many new things to learn that is was very overwhelming.

I'm not sure if I'm fit for the job. I have worked in retail for 2 years and also in food for a year. This is brand new for me.

Any advice would be appreciated.

I fly about 4 times a years, so that's 8 flights a year. For some reason, I always get my hands swabbed. They always say it's random testing but it seems weird that I'm always the one picked out.

Am I setting an alarm off or something?

I started a job in high school and was making good money for my age. Everyone like me, except my boss. I felt like I was pretty good at it and then I had to go to college.

I'm not sure if this was on purpose or just miscommunication, but my boss deleted me off the roster when I left for school. I had expressed the want to return during the Christmas season. (You can stay on the roster for three months without working) I called own of my managers to ask her what happened and she said they would rehire me if I resubmitted an application.

I'm not sure if I want to go back. I had a lot of fun and made good friends there but I keep remembering the late nights and horrible customers I would deal with. My pay would drop down to minimum wage instead of my salary I had when I left from my raises. I'm only going to be there for three months and then will leave again.

My parents think I should go back, but I'm not sure. I just want some other opinions on this.

I worked at Old Navy and everyone liked me except my boss. I felt that I was good at my job and was making good money.

When I left for college, my boss thought I was leaving for good and deleted me out of the system. (You have to work ever three months, and that's how long my semester is.) So now I don't work there.

I don't really want to go back after that and I keep thinking of all these bad experiences with customers I've had and into longer seems appealing. My parents think I should call and ask to get my job back and explain what happened.

I'm only home for three months. Thoughts anyone?

They look exactly the same to me, so I'm just confused. Is the lens covering the pupil or...?

I have the newest Macbook pro with the 15" screen. I found a case that was two years old on sale and got it. It's made for a macbook pro with a 15" screen. It doesn't fit though? There's like 1/4 inch gap so the case won't snap on or anything.

I know the case is older so it's made for a different one but 15" should always be the same, right?

I have to explain it in my anatomy class and I'm at a loss.

Is it just because of the Krebs cycle that makes water so the rat just stores that?

I'm taking an anatomy class and I find it fascinating. This may be a very stupid question but what determines our height? I know people say genetics so do your genes how big your bones need to be?

So for shorter people, their bones will be smaller?

We are both freshmen in college and are in the same math class. It's a smaller class of about 40 kids and assigned seats, so we sit on opposite sides of the room.

He is always turning around to shoot me glance and a smile. Clearly we are both interested in each other but we never have a chance to talk. I think he has a class after math because he always rushes out.

How can we make a connection?

BTW I sit on the back left row(row 5), near the door and he sits on in the front right row (row 3)

I'm at college in an apartment with me and five other girls. My semesters are only 3 months long so I bought a pack of toilet paper with 12 rolls. I had my own bathroom at home and used about a roll a week so I figured this was reasonable.

I stuck my pack of toilet paper under the sink with all my other personal belongings (we each have our own cabinet.) I was planning to put out a roll every week to contribute but people have been taking rolls out of my cabinet.

I've asked them not to go through my stuff after explaining what I have been doing to contribute but everyone is still using mine.

My college fund only covers rent, food, and tuition so I have to pay with my own money. Maybe I'm making to big of a deal out of this but I don't want to be buying any more since I had already bought enough.

I went in for one on one with my coach and was feeling good until he told me to put my head down more for freestyle. I did that and when I finished my laps, my head was aching.

I have a massive headache now, I get really dizzy when standing and I feel like I may throw up.

I swam two days ago so it's not like my body wasn't used to it. Any ideas on why? I want to avoid it.

I've been waxing my brows once a month for about six months, so I'm kind of used to the pain.

I heard our bodies are most sensitive during that time of the month so I'm a little hesitant about getting them waxed.

Is this true or not?

I was like 8 (2004ish) or something but it was like a tamagotchi but with a girl. It was a house the size of your hand and she reminded me of Betty Boop. You could have her watch TV or snap another house on the side and they would hang out. She was kind of a ***** if you didn't visit everyday and cobwebs would come.

Anybody know what I'm talking about?

I live in Missouri and I'm going to Idaho for college. My school has three semesters in a year and I happen to be there for fall and spring. There is no storage up there so I can't keep my stuff while I'm back at home for about four months until my semester starts again.

I'm going to be living in an apartment with 3 or 5 other girls. We won't know who they are until 2 weeks before semester starts so I can't coordinate anything with them. The apartment has a full kitchen, a big bathroom, living room with cable, and a washing machine and dryer. Each bedroom has 2 people each with one closet.

I guess I'm just asking how much clothes I should bring and little things people forget to bring.

I'm trying to be super organized for my first year at college. I'm going to a fairly large university and was wondering what current students use. Should I get binders to organize my classes like in high school or just have a giant notebook?

I know I'll need pencils and pens and highlighters but I'm just needing some advice.

Anything is appreciated.

First off I am an 18 year old girl. I have dark brown hair and it's thick so it's the same everywhere else. So shaving is a pain.

My arm hair bugs me from time to time. I love during the summer when the sun bleaches it so it's not super noticeable.

Girls, what do you do with your arm hair? Would bleaching be a good option or look weird?
