If your best friend?

If your best friend didn't wish you luck or ask how your surgery went and if your good friends best friend always makes it about her like she has to be sicker than anyone else is it ok to want to throw poop at them?

    Would throwing poop at them help you in any way? Isn't it better to accept this isn't your best friend and make a new friend instead, or become best friends with one of your other friends?
