What is the measure of each angle? Measure of base <=?

    Since it's isosceles, the bottom two angles will be equal:

    6x + 8 = 9x - 25

    solve for x:

    3x = 33

    x = 11

    Plug this in on each angle:

    6(11) + 8 = 74

    9(11) - 25 = 74

    Base angle will be 180 - these two

    180 - 74 - 74 = 32

    33 = 3x

    x = 11

    base angle = 6(11) + 8 = 74
