All three of those are chemicals that were "discovered" in a lab when someone accidently discovered their sweet taste. I recommend a pure brand of stevia. Check out http://steviauniversity.com/ for information about stevia, the herb. Fyi, no stevia brand is promoted there

It's best to use sugar or honey. Many people have had "reactions" to the artificial sweeteners.

if you're worried about being "safe," the best choice would be normal sugar. Sugar is bad for you too, but at least our bodies know how to process it... Artificial sweeteners are even worse for your body. Just avoid all of them.

Stevia. You can even buy the stevia leaves at most health food stores. (it's an herb)

Like James said, sugar is best. Get it raw, organic or turbinado if you can.
