I stutter and swallow the **** out of my throat to point where it hurts.

And if I weren't dark skinned, my face would be super red because I get really hot, I could cook scrambled eggs on my cheeks.

Well, you know what you're going to hear from the "God squad" people. But, even as a Christian, I have had events in my life that have left me so stressed that I couldn't even pray. HOWEVER, that didn't last. If you're an unbeliever, I don't even know what to tell you, because we are told to put all our cares on the Lord and trust that what you are dealing with has a purpose and a reason and that the ways and means, strength and wisdom will come to help you get through it. Although you may not believe, I do. And, I will pray for you. I hate knowing anyone is out there going through hurt, pain or stress. Perhaps if you went outdoors and just listened to the birds sing, or put on some soothing music while having a warm cup of tea. Try and push all of it to the side for a moment. While they say, "Good things never last," just know that bad things come to pass too. Hang in there. We're out here for you. It will all come to pass soon. Peace be in your heart.

Smoke, sweat, pace when I'm alone, pretend to have itches in public talking to someone, have awkward conversations and sometimes have a hard time with eye contact talking to people I don't or barely know have racing thoughts and sometimes loop around the same thought for ages, talk to myself. At home listening to music, smoking and playing guitar help me chill a little unless I'm more anxious than usual
