When will my body be 100%?

i've been overtrained. mostly by running and lifting. It's been almost 2 months since I last worked out hard and i'm still recovering. the only symptoms left is anxiety and soreness past 72 hours. Here's some of my logs that I found. when do you think i'll be at 100%

9/18/14 1.75 mile interval on my way to the gym

9/18/14 when i got to the gym I lifted and did cardio

9/18/14 walked 2 miles back home (for exercise and I don't have a car)

9/18/14 0.92 miles afternoon run.

9/19/14 4.91 mile run. (first time)

9/23/14 1.98 interval run to the gym

9/23/14 I probably did a treadmill interval

9/23/14 walked the 2 miles

9/28/14 ran 5.4 miles (first time)

looking back on it i would say my will held up but at the same time I don't know how I did it.

those runs and heavy lifting pretty much caused my overtraining, so how much more recovery time would you say I need?

If you have not trained for 2 months you are not suffering from over training.
