Can I sue a public park?
I was playing soccer at this park and I broke my ankle. The way the feel was it was uneven and when I was running I trip and my ankle bend and I broken my ankle.

the ground was uneven
clearly the park's fault
don't people normally play soccer on the grass
if that's the case
do you expect them to ensure the entire dirt of the entire public park is level

Sue the dirt or the grass? Or maybe you want to sue the actual bump you tripped over. Take responsibility for your own carelessness. You have NO case whatsoever.
