Religion and spirituality: Are there atheists who disregard religion?

Like myself.
More prominent than my disbelief are my neuroses in my lifestyle.
I'm torn over anti religion as i do find it detrimental, just in that it is wrong.
If you believe crazy things,lifestyle is also affected. I refrain from the label of progressive, as it ties in too much with certain political agendas which I hate. They've got a bad attitude as well. I have a massive grudge with these people as I've misplaced loyalty and trust in trust in them. Most of my psychologists/social workers have been socialists/liberal atheist I like the ideas of futurism and transhumanism, as they support scientific growth, without the bogus attitude I notice in most "atheists". I'm not one, but there are plenty of libertarian and conservative atheists: Penn Jilette, Teller, Michael Shermer, John Stossel, Robert M. Price, S.E. Cupp, Ayn Rand, Scott Sumner, Shane Killian:

... to name a few. Plus many have some conservative or libertarian attitudes depending on the subject. Examples include Thunderf00t, the Amazing Atheist (both anti-feminist) and even Bill Maher (anti-Islamic)

Then there's plenty of people like me who are all over the map depending on the subject. I'm a libertarian regarding marriage for example (I don't think the government has a role at all, and should get out of the marriage business completely).

Yes, most of us disregard religion, except to study it and its effects on society throughout time. 
Why don't you stop going to therapy and think what YOU think for a while. You have their opinions, it's time to make your own.

I think transhumanism and futurism is full of crankery. It's fun to think about in a sci fi sense, but most of it is unrealistic.
