Well, some wrong structures, yes .
First line is right, except the missing accent
"O ma chère, si tu savais"
Second line, the English phrasing doesn't suit
"Comment je parle bien français"
Third line is right
Fourth line, quelqu'un ( someone, anyone),not aucun( no one )
Then for the verb 2 possibilities :
"quelqu'un qui parle mieux anglais", or
"quelqu'un parlant mieux anglais"
The second one is lighter and shorter, more fluid IMO .
