Is it ok to feel hungry while doing cardio?
I'm looking to burn fat and build muscle. Doing Weight training and cardio. I eat a lot during the day especially protein and I make sure I have good carbs before running, but I always feel hungry during a 30min cardio session. Why is that? Is it normal? I don't want to burn muscle! Thanks :)

Sometimes I'll even eat a banana and apple before I go on my 10 mile run.
I run college XC so I know what you mean. Just eat a lot for breakfast, drink your coffee, and then GO RUNNING just when you feel you've semi-digested the food and you know it won't conflict with your workout.
Then refuel after your run (I like to eat a chocolate bar)
