Why is my skin so bad?

I try loads of treatments to stop oily skin then moisturize it after. i dont take hot showers. ive tried home remedy stuff, i eat well. yet my skin randomly goes scabby/rough leading to spotty. all out of the blue. should i see my doctor?

    Hi,

    Seeing the doctor is a good idea, but you can also research on the internet which foods will address your problem.

    Walnuts and almonds are usually good for skin, but not sure about the oily part.

    There are capsules of Evening Primrose Oil, which make the skin soft.

    Salads and fruit make skin good too, especially apple, papaya, pomegranate, carrot and cucumber.

    Try including these in your diet.

    See what works.

    If nothing helps, visit the dermatolgist.
