I would give it top 10, I loved all the fillers and everything BUT I can see why everyone hate the anime too. The fillers are annoying as hell if you don't love bleach like we do. But as new and newer animes come , they will eventually be better and better than bleach, naruto, etc. I don't care what anyone's excuse is. The only anime that will last forever is Dragon Ball Z.

Is Bleach one of the top ten greatest anime of all time? That's very subjective, so you will only get people's own opinions and preferences on that question. But to answer your question, no, the anime isn't in my top 10 anime, but I would place the manga in my top 10 manga.
About the song, I'm not too sure, but it's probably a Bleach OST or BGM that was remixed. I honestly don't recognize the song being from Bleach, though.
