Need a good starter workout like how many per set an stuff for before I go to school.?
Before I go to school I wanted to start a workout ruitine before I get in the shower, it just be alot easyer for me for someone to give me a sertant number of watever exsersize I do for each set an I'd just build on it from there. I have a pull up bar an a couple free weights so I need a Qick work out plan I can do before school

Well depending when you get it up for school if your in Middle or High school you'd get up around 5-6 somewhere round' thee anyways....If i were you i'd begin slowly you dont want your body over worked exspecially in the morning....Begin with Push-ups or sit-ups for a day or so then move to jumping jacks...then your pull up bar and the weights but keep the numbers small like 5-10 a day....hope this will help.
