Blood test results - non urgent?

Hi, my father got a letter from the GP and it is his blood test results. It's saying it's non urgent to book an appointment but they're saying he should. At the top was a stroke association on the envelope (not sure if they're partner with them or promo) but not on the actual letter.

Is it something serious? Please help!

    no it is probably just to do with his cholesterol so will need an appointment to arrange a diet plan or get statins.
