How can someone prove they have no juvenile record?
My husband's ex filed a petition to modify custody where she claimed my husband has a juvenile record of sexual assault, but that it's sealed. No such incident occurred. Is there some kind of documentation he can get that shows he has no juvenile record, sealed or otherwise? We've been able to come up with evidence against other claims she's made, but this one is difficult.

these record would be in his home town, and only available through the local law enforcement records.I ,m not sure but he should be able to request a copy for his own records.it might cost. But only a judge and even then it has to be serious can have these opened for other agencies or a lawyer.Any judge worth his salt would throw this claim out as its not public knowledge are accessable except through a court order. And this if it was requested would be on record.

I didn't think that juvenile records were available. If she makes a claim like that, you can try to make her prove it or pay. Sue her for slander.
