is it bad to push my body like I do?

Well first off I work monday - Friday 12pm-6pm and I go to college in the mornings every day to from 7 am- 11am when I get off work I have to go to my night job which is six days a week and on Sunday I go to church then I go to my second job and now it seems like my body literally keeps me awake on the free time I do get I have not actually been to sleep since last week so my question is am I endangering my body with my schedule and very limited time to rest

    I would say you push your mind more than your body. The more thought processes you have rolling in your mind, the more you have at all times.

    if you work multiple jobs, you have more thought processes than most

    You work in a factory, you have less thought processes.

    The mind controls the body, nothing else. So if you feel stressed, fatigue or sick of it all, than yes, it matters. losing a couple hours of sleep will not cost you life.
