best way to figure it out:

eat some corn and count the hours until it comes out.

usually by the next day your food will have been digested and pooped back out if your digestive track is healthy and you're getting enough water and fiber.

..normally it's through the bowels after 24h, so everything faster might lead to diarrhea and everything slower to congestion..
