Why doesn't the dislike button on youtube work?
For clarification, I meant the comment dislikes. The videos' work fine.

Comment dislikes to work but they don't show any more, the more downlikes it gets the lower it will be effectivly

don't dislike youtube videos, it's not nice :)
no, really. it is just a thing that happens sometimes with youtube. it is often having to do with your personal account, or your computer. try signing in on a different computer and see if it works there. (i had this problem with commenting and it didn't work, but it did after i upgraded to a better, faster computer)
other than that though there is no real way to fix your problem except contacting youtube support, which usually isn't very good

Yes sometimes when using Internet Explorer this can happen. When I use Hotmail, sometimes the buttons won't work and if you look in the status bar at the bottom of your browser it might display the word 'Java.' But do try updating Java, and this might resolve the problem, otherwise, try another browser, sometimes it is just a problem with one.
