The decals are awarded by the coaches for outstanding plays and/or players achieving specific goals in a game and throughout the season.

They get them for cheating on grades, getting away with morals violations, not getting charges for DUI or leaving the scene, lifting crab legs, stealing soda, signing autographs for $$$, trash talking, and playing a weak schedule.
