Just inherited an older home. The resident while living a full life did little else at night than smoke, allot. I can dispose of what can't be saved and wash the other, my question is 'some of the ceilings are the popcorn type of spray on cover' can I clean these as best I can, spiderwebs, dust,etc. and spray a sealant and repaint or do I have to have them stripped and refinished?

My father recently bought a Sharp Blue Ray DVD to go with Sharp HD TV, why is an entirely different question, He can't hear or see very well. Anyhow, he ask if I could install it and I being of the male gender naturally said 'yes'. Now I know nothing of these things and to be honest don't care but he's my Dad. Now here's the problem, he also bought a HDMI cable that I used in installation and his disc would not play. I reattached the older cabling from the replaced DVD, changed the input selection and they play fine. Now I find out he has no Blue Ray discs yet. So I am wondering is the HDMI connection for Blue Ray only? Or did I screw something up?

I am watching the news again and everything seems to be president Bush's fault. Now I don't recall all the the problems for the first six years, other than a terrorist attack and the decicive response that put a stop to any others, but didn't the economy, housing and oil go into the toilet after Rosey Woppi Palosi and the DIMs took control of congress and the country?

As I watch the election coverage I tend to to get the feeling that Mr. Obama is a lot like the center fielder that will run into the shortstops back just chasing a pop-up. It ain't being who's best for the job right now, it is just the competition. I wonder if in his own heart he thinks he is the best thing for this counrty? 911: Sheriffis department what is your emergency?

CC: A bunch of rednecks just broke in and took over the compound! They brought guns and knives and homos. They are forcing the men to unnatural sex.

911: Well first we will have to send out an officer to see if you are who you say you are and if you are in fact on the compound, may take a day or so. Then if we esablish that you are you we will get a search warrent whn the judge comes back from his fishing trip. Then after the long week end we will run it by the appellet court so we don't get in trouble again. If they don't agree we will have to take it to the supreem court and when and if they agree we should get out there in not more than 4 or 6 months
