Is it true That between pokemon X , Y , Omega Ruby, & Alpha Sapphire you can get all 700 pokemon?
Not counting the Event only pokemon.
Also last I knew there were only 700 pokemon if there are more than that please correct me.

Yes, because of the new Soar ability, which lets you travel to other areas of Hoenn where rare (non-Hoenn Legendary) Pokemon reside.
