Notifications in YA?

There was a big dust up over a user (who I won't name so as not to get penalized) who was a top poster in the R&S section. You can figure out who it was. Afterwards. Has anyone else checked to see if all the notifications prior to that mess and all the previous posts prior to that in your account were erased? Once the smoke cleared from the big fuss we all raised. I noted that anything that was in my Notification box prior to that and everything related to it is now gone. Anyone else here noticed that? If not, go check. I want to know if it was just me?
