In the UK, college is for 16-18 year olds (similar to high school); I imagine your daughter would be applying to university. She should research the difference in education systems - UK students specialise at 18 (instead of the general college education first as in the US), and undergraduates last 3 years or more.

As a US student, your daughter would require a student visa. This means she needs a confirmed university place (take a look on the UCAS website for course and applicant info) and proof of sufficient funds (upwards of £20,000 a year for fees and living costs, depending on course). She'll get no student loans or financial aid, either from the UK or US, and there's very little chance of scholarships (the UK offers very few; all are uni specific and given on academic merit)

Alternatively she can look at US colleges offering the option to study abroad.

Its almost impossible for a US citizen to go to university in the US, its very very expensive and there are no aid/scholarships. However, one option would be to attend a US university that has an exchange program with a UK school (6 months to a year); that way you get to experience that, get a US credit & degree. Your daughter may also be obsessed by a romantic notion of what she perceives to be a UK uni but in reality, it may not really be something she would like-something to consider. This Q has been asked before and if you can search YA, there are some really good answers on the costs and specifics.

Well, since it seems that you education was a failure since you cannot write using sentences, my impression is that asking here, to invisible strangers, is the same as not accepting your responsibility as a parent to locate information from proper sources. I would gather this not to be a parent but a teenager writing since this is slanglish or "convenient English." What makes you think that anyone here knows anything as to education in a foreign country?

Do you have a lot of money?

If not wake her up to the fact that you're not rich, she should have learned this by now.

It isn't cheap to go to school their as a foreigner, I suggest you dangle the idea of her doing her graduate work there.
