I'm planning on traveling this year to Tampa (I live outside the U.S.) but I would like to know when's the best time to go shopping. Does anyone know? If you do, please help. Thanks!

that's kinda tough.
Because lots of people spend winter down there, so why have cheaper prices. But then, in summer, that's only time many
Americans can go on vacation and so you've still got many influx of people coming to Florida.
And spring break in early spring.
So guess that leaves autumn.
