You seriously couldn't figure out how to read AR 670-1 on your own? A watch is allowed to be worn when in uniform. While it's not specified, it is an unspoken rule that when in ASUs, your watch will match the formality of the uniform, so no sports watch like with PTs or ASUs. It's not just the color of the watch band though - the face matters. It must e conservative, so no Mickey Mouse or bright pink faces.
I was about to cut and paste it, but no. Go find it yourself. AR 670-1 is your friend.

We had a sergeant who had to give his issued watch back when he retired.
That's about the only rule for the Canadian Forces.
