Expected to be good: Ohio State, TCU.
Won't be as good as expected: Oregon, Baylor, Notre Dame, Florida State, Alabama, Auburn.
Surprises: Michigan State. They are for real.
In spite of a new coach will still suck: University of Michigan. Last I heard there technically is just one God and Jim Harbaugh isn't it.
I can guess as well as everyone else.

It's way too early to tell, since not everyone has declared whether or not they will jump to the NFL or stay at school another year. Only thing I know for certain is that a team that starts the season unranked will finish in the top 10 and a team that starts the season ranked in the top 10 will finish unranked with 5-7 losses.
