I switch on my Comp, start my browser but it doesn't load .I restart perhaps 2/3 times with the same results before it loads Whats up?

1) Your computer is busy running other startup routines. You can turn off these services by running msconfig (Start-> type msconfig in the search/run bar.)
2) Your internet is slow. This could be a problem with the router, the modem, the DNS server, your ISP, or it could just be that someone or something else on your network is hogging all of the bandwidth. So, maybe go ask your sister to stop streaming netflix in HD. Or try resetting the modem or using a different router. You will have to debug this yourself.
