Job at walmart what to expect at new store opening?

I got hired at a Walmart as a unloader. My question is. It's a new store, so will everyone be new? What can I expect at the store & orientation?

    Most will be but I highly suspect management will have worked elsewhere in the company before. Your peers are likely new, since it's an entry job anyway.
