They do not publish actual instructions beyond this (which is why many have complained to them that they sell a product that is not "DIY").

They should give you fairly detailed written instructions because if they only have that 2 minute video that is ridiculous. If you go to morebeer.com and click on some ingredient kids and then select the documentation tab, there will be a detailed instructions sheet (either extract or full grain). The Brooklyn video on their website seems to show a short cut full grain method that seems a bit hokey to me. If you are going full grain and want minimal equipment investment I suggest looking into BIAB "brew in a bag" method.

I tried using the video, it's quite vague and brief. I went on youtube and all I found was people commenting the same (that the instructions are vague and brief, unable to make the beer).
