Because Yahoo changed the site several months ago. It is now Questions from ALL English speaking countries.
It is a mess.

totally agree as a landlord i try to help tenants in uk but many questions are us based come on yahoo wake up

Because Yahoo "improved" the site some months ago. Strange definition of improvement if you ask me.
