Pretty much all my comfort food. Which traditionally has been anything with ridiculous amounts of sugar, salt and fat in it. I'm trying really hard to cut back and graze on dried and fresh fruit and veg, seeds and nuts instead some of which taste just as good as junk. I currently weigh a little more than I should which isn't good for my arthritis and I don't want diabetes. Still, it's tough laying off the cookies..... Ohh, COOOOKIESSS!

1) Cheetos Puffs (the feeling of biting into a chip that momentarily satisfies you until you bite deeper and realize that it's nothing but an air inflated lie always helps me feel better because I realize that the lie that is cheetos puffs is WAY bigger than my problems)
2) Snickers bars (not just any chocolate bar, Snickers.)
3) More snickers bars
4) Bacon cheddar McChickens from Mickey D's (especially when they're freshly made. When I chew them, I feel like I get transported to a white padded room filled with pms-ing women sitting in fetal position while cuddling with pillows and discussing why we want to die. The feeling of mutual understanding is the most comforting feeling.)
5) Easy Mac Mac-n-Cheese (As silly as it sounds, this is the one I eat about everyday -- as I am mentally deranged -- I add a slice of cheese along with the packaged neon orange "cheese" and I usually make 2 packages at a time and eat them in pairs.. y'know, because I don't want the servings to be lonely when they enter the slaughter house- errr... I meann... my mouth! Yeah... my mouth >:)

Now, I know at least five different varieties of macaroni and cheese I can make from scratch and I don't have to look at a recipe, but nothing beats a box of Kraft when I am tired, lazy, and just need a quick dinner.
I make it "fancy" by adding some Colman's Dry English Mustard for a little tang. This habit came about in the late 80s when (I swear) Kraft had a spicy variety of their mac & cheese but they discontinued it, so my dad started adding a teaspoon of Colman's a box of Kraft (I add more now, and lots of fresh black pepper). I can find no mention of a spicy version of Kraft M&C on the internet, but something prompted my five year old self to ask my dad to make the macaroni spicier.
