1. There would be no waves since it is the moons gravitational pull that that creates waves, aswell as high tide and low tide, affecting animals that are used to this pattern. Many animals also make us of the moon as light and other reasons at night.
2. Yes im pretty sure some people exist with that allergy.
3. No, they might evolve into something similar but that is very unlikely too. Evolution relies alot on random chance.
4. They are made of small droplets of water that gravity on them is very small, like how dust floats around too.

1. there will be no waves as moon's gravitational pull create waves ,tides . sea will become boring like swimming pool.
2.yes it possible persons suffering with rabies have these type of allergy they fear from water and dies.
3. if humans will die there will be no evolution of apes due to modernization has destroyed many natural changes.
4. as clouds are gases containing dust and gases along with water vapors. And gases float in air.
