Interview question?

Hi

I got a call today about a job in a currency exchange company, and told me that The interview is tomorrow at 1.

didn't really give me  much time to prepare?

something about my self FOR YOU TO KNOW on my last jobs (5 years) I worked for agencies so there were no interviews at all. this would be my first interview.

So please if you have some time can you give me some  tips on how I answered these question, did I answer them right:
Q. Tell me about your self?
A. I've Been working in sales and construction in the last 5 years and in both industries I had to communicate with a lot of different customers, My most recent experience is when a customer had a damaged flooring in their home, so I reported it to the manager and he got someone to fix it.

Q.What is your greatest strength?
A. My strength would be my customer service skills and my ability to resolve what could be difficult situations. With five years of experience as a customer service associate, I have learned to effectively understand and resolve customer issues.

Q.What is your Greatest weakness?
A. I like to make sure that my work is perfect so I spend a little more time checking it, but I from the experience I've gained I can finish the work perfectly from the first time with confidence.

Q. Why did you leave your previous job?
A. I worked for an agency so they only give me temporary work and I've been on my previous job until the day the project ended.

A. I applied to this company because it’s a big and well recognised company and it would offered me a better chance to progress.

Q. Why Should We Hire You?
A. you've explained on you job application that you are looking for previous retail and customer service experience, I've always had a good relationship with my customers by being polite, patient and helpful, and I believe that I would be a great asset to your company.

Q. What Are Your Goals for the Future?
A. I would Like to gain experience, take on additional responsibilities, and contribute as much of value as I can to this company as I progress.

Q. How Do You Handle Stress / Pressure?
A. I'm not a person who has a difficult time with stress. When I'm under pressure, I focus, and get the job done.

for #1 - they want to know about you and not about experiences at work; that should be in your resume

for # 3 - your reply does not answer the Q - they want weaknesses

for # 5 - an employer is really asking :" what can you do for our company"

for # 7 - they are looking for a better answer than what you show.....the future is years away to them

for # 8 - they want examples of how you have dealt with stress while employed
