Ideally, around 750, but even 500 or so would work well.
Another important factor is the impedance of your subs and whether they're dual or single voice coil. That will tell you your wiring options and specifically what specs you need to look for in an amp.
DVC 2's or SVC 4's would match up with a mono amp that's 500-800w rms at 2 ohms.
DVC 4's would need an amp that's 500-800w either at 1 ohm (this would be a mono) or at 4 ohms which could be a mono or a bridged 2 ch.

You need an amp that can push at least 700w. Look around for one the can do this or more.
