I need advice on what I can do to settle the CPS issues that my fiance and soon-to-be wife has against her. The case was a fiasco started by her friend at the time about a year ago. Her friend had an issue with child-bearing and when my fiance announced she was going to have a girl, which is what her friend wanted most, this friend opened a case against my fiance claiming medical neglect because her son had a boil on his buttock which couldn't be treated because his medicaid was having issues and the full cost was far from affordable. So now she has this case pinned on her. My issue is that we have social workers and CPS on our backs forcing us to basically give up our rights to raise our son on our own how it should be. She has 3 children of her own and our son is my first. I am only concerned with my son as I have no rights in the matter of step-children that I know of. I did some research and thinking and I've come up with trying to obtain full custody for myself and giving my fiance permission to assist in raising our boy just as she would if both our names were on the custody papers. This way CPS will leave us alone and we can raise our boy on our own and not be attached at the hip to a government agency who is pinning her for a fiasco that has no bearing on my son. I've seen that she is a great mother, even with the stresses of raising 3, now 4 children. Please advise me on what my options are and how to go about it. I start work for an electrical contracting company in 2 days as an apprentice working with the traffic signal crew. In college I never really learned anything directly pertaining to traffic signals so I don't have much idea of the duties that I'd be expected to do. I need answers from people who know or have experience in this matter.

There is ALWAYS dirt on the floor everywhere in the house. I can sweep and mop and literally an hour later it's as if I never did it. Its so bad that I have to wear shoes everywhere in the house or the bottoms of my feet will turn black from all the dirt! For the love of all things good and nice in the world, help me, I'm going insane!!

My accelerator has a bit of sticking. Not much but it's enough so that when the stick slips, it jerks the car forward because it depressed more than I wanted. Is there a way to smooth this out?

I've noticed that at the max frequency the sub seems to hit cleaner and harder but at the minimum frequency it hits softer yet much louder and less risk to distort. Can I get a detailed explanation for why this is and perhaps a suggestion on where to set it for the best sound quality?

Is this possible? I've read somewhere that 2ohm stereo means each channel can handle 2ohm impedance but something was said to the effect that bridging the amp wouldn't work for this because it's a 2 channel and not a mono. Can someone clarify this? I want the subs wired for 2ohms so I can get harder bass.

Currently my setup is bridged to one sub, I'm waiting for the second sub to come in the mail. So far the setup is doing just fine, the amp gets warm but not much. But I'm afraid after having read what I did that if I set the two subs in 2ohm and keep it bridged it may blow or over-strain the amp. A side question is what can the amp handle if it's bridged? 4ohm or 2 ohm?

I entered my body through my Third Eye with the intention of entering my conscience to look for any closed doors I could open and explore. However, On the path that leads to the door to my conscience, I was kicked off and fell into the black void of my body until landing on my heart which was covered on the top half with forks and knives stabbed into it. These disappeared once I looked at them and I saw the my heart hung upon a chain attached at the base of my skull. I went inside my heart to find a circular control room of sorts filled with gadgets and gizmos but was relatively small. At the center of this room was a tube which had an opening at the bottom, sealed for the moment, and it held a fetus, the size of me, with crescent shaped clamps around its neck. I pondered on it for a few seconds till, without having touched any buttons or even moved, the clamps closed and severed the head from the fetus. I was appalled! Then, the sealed door at the bottom of the tube opened and wisked away the fetus' remains straight down to the void. As a side note, I jumped in this tube and followed it all the way down to my left foot. All that was there was a pile of garbage. My question here is what does this incident with the fetus mean? My immediate thoughts were that it may be the severing of my blood line or even my future and past lives. I would greatly appreciate any help in this matter and not clever remarks meant to insult or make fun of me. Thanks!

For anyone who has seen Pirates of the Caribbean, you will remember that Jack had his trusty compass that pointed the way to his heart's desire. Well I was wondering if anyone has done such a thing to, say, a rock with a point or a piece of wood with an arrow drawn on it to be dropped on the ground or tossed up and back into the hand to help determine which direction to go. Perhaps to find a specific place or a certain type of plant when you need help but nobody around to turn to. Any suggestions or maybe an approval of this endeavor? Or is this just too far fetched for any Witch?

I know what ohms means and all that but I want to know which would be best for producing really loud, accurate bass wit the least distortion. Nevermind the specs of my amp, I know it's not a high-end brand so you can't too great of quality. I just want to know which version would suit my wants best. Thanks:)

What could I do here? Do they sell speakers that size? I measured the factory speaker and it's exactly 6 1/4 and fits perfect while my after market 6 1/2s don't fit at all

I like the act of smoking, not really what it is that I'm smoking. So I'm looking for something I can smoke that doesnt have harmful chemicals or anything like that. I understand the inhaling smoke thing and all that but whatever, I just want to know what's safe to smoke.

I just got a pair of LED headlights in the mail today and installed them. This evening, I went to the store and was very disappointed in their brightness. On regular lowbeam, I can't even see their light on the road. On highbeam, I can barely see their light on the road and even less on objects down the road.

Another thing is that my highbeam indicator light is half way on when I'm using lowbeams and fully on when I use highbeams. By half way on I mean it's about half brightness as usual. Why is this indicator coming on when I'm in lowbeam?? And more importantly, why are my LEDs so crappy compared to the LEDs I see on other cars?

I have a '97 Civic and the aftermarket stereo has a jack in the back to insert an antenna. However, I have no idea where the male jack is...I've looked back inside the dash countless times but I can't find it. It's right above the driver-side door so I'm assuming the cord runs through that column. Is this true? And could I possibly open up that column to make sure the cord is even there? In the case that it is, it would obviously be long enough to reach the head unit so where could it have fallen?? I mean I don't really want to remove the entire dash to find this thing...

I want to get some definifion in my abdominal area, maybe even a 4 or 6 pack, bring out my pecs, and make my arms stronger. My arms are naturally strong along with my legs so I just want to enhance them(not my legs). What kind of homemade diets are there? Would supplements help even though I'm young? I have a pair of 10lb weights, a curl-up bar with two 14.3lb and two 8.8lb weights. I also have a pull-up bar. Currently, I can do 40-50 reps if the 10s, 10-12 reps of the two 14.3s, and 10-15 pull-ups so I'm in modest shape but like I said, I want to enhance everything and rip out my abs and pecs a little.

Please describe with as much detail as possible what the effects are of at least one of these. And perhaps where to get it easily?

I popped the diode that connects to the A/C relay on my car and neither Auto Zone nor O'Reilly had them so I need to know where I could find a replacement. I checked all the other parts that make up the A/C circuit and it seems that the diode is the only problem.

I have a homemade sound system and the main part of the entire thing is the aux line attached to the stereo so I can play my own music. But being confined to the radius of the cord is frustrating. So I was wondering if there was a little device I could put on the end of the aux line that would act like a bluetooth antenna so I can play music wirelessly.
