How do I become independent?
I'm 19 and wish to move out of home; however, I have no birth certificate, license, passport, job or money. I have no father and live with a drug addict for a mother who spends all her money on herself and her many pets (hundreds of fish, over 8 dogs, lots of birds etc.). The main reason I need to move out is due to the lack of nutrition from my poor, fatty diet and my lack of necessities. I need to know how to get my birth certificate and license, but I honestly don't know how.

just pack a bag and go to a homeless shelter, I was in a very similar situation and one day just had to leave.
It's hard in the beginning but at least they can help you where your mother has failed
