Don't ever practice weight lifting if you are still in your early teens 13 to 16, follow a good diet full of calcium, proteins, a bit of carbs, a pinch of fat ;) ( dairy products, beans, spinach, fruits, nuts, veggies, etc). Avoid starchy, sugary foods. Do lots of stretching, jumping on trampolins, skipping etc. There are lots of yoga posture and asanas which help in stretching of muscles also helps with spine n shin bones. U have to get a proper info with physicians or body nutrition experts on this. But remember genetics play a big role in determining your height. You will most probably not exceed 5 ft 8 inches if your parents are 5 ft 5 inch or 5 ft 7 etc. So keeping in mind all this try to get your desired height. Guf luck :)
