Sounds like you do suffer from it?
Of course highly educated immigrants can get work visas and eventually naturalize to become German citizen (if they want to). Under what bridge have you been hiding? All somebody has to do is to legally live in Germany (for 8 years, though less time can be possible e.g. for spouses) and speak German.
The only difference to other EU countries is that Germany asks that people who acquire German citizenship give up their native citizenship.

Nope since they still allow the foreigners to move to and live in the country.
Japan and Korea don't grant much in the way of Citizenship either and both have fewer problems than the US and Europe who seem to give it away.

Citizenship in Germany is about blood. In the US it's about birth. I like the way we do it better.

No they simply have to look around Europe and see what has happened to all of Europe with immigration. We could learn a lot from them
