Should i buy a 2004-2006 Acura TL or 2004+ Mazda 6? I'm torn between the two.?
Im 17. Im deciding between the two cars listed above. The TL will have around 200,000 miles, is that smart in the first place? I like both equally. I plan on modding it (tinting, lowering, rims, etc.) Which is more reliable and more respectable overall?

Both are great vehicles. Both are dependable and will serve you well. Know that the Acura is Honda's upscale vehicle so it should be a nicer vehicle to drive daily. But, drive both vehicles and then decide which you like the best. What I like and what you may like may be totally different. You will not go wrong whichever you choose.

You're asking about 10 year old vehicles...
When it comes to vehicles of this vintage, general model reputations don't matter as much as the mileage and maintenance history of each example you're looking at.
