If "THE HILLS HAVE EYES" could THE WALL have ears? C/C pls+thnks?

THE WALLS

She spoke to walls

And they to her

She heard the paint

Upon them stir

She could not use

The human kind

She'd never tried

To cross that line

And so she stayed

Afraid--she cried

'Til each streak

On the walls had dried

'Til "they" began

To see her need

And pushed her out

Where she could breathe

The people came

From all around

To hear the mute girl

Make a sound

They circled her

So they could heed

What she would say

Since she was free

She looked and took

The picture in

But what it showed

Just took her wind

And stumbling backwards

In distress

She called "the walls"

Then met her death!

It is fairly well written but the rhyme is somewhat choppy.

The story is good, puzzling too and eerie.

    I enjoyed reading it.

Thanks I appreciate your feedback. I tend to like the eerie stuff.
