is it bad to stay up late and nap?

I usually get home from school and take a nap in the evening until maybe 9 or 10...then stay up until about 1 (later if im especially awake) and wake up 7:30 the next day for school...

is it unhealthy or anything? because I revise best in late evening anyway so a nap shouldnt matter right?

    In general no not really but this must mean you dont exerscise regually as your asleep. Also you.want to try.and sleep before 11 as your body has been awake for maby hours. Also if u mid night snack this can lead to.weight gain so try not to do that. So my suggestion is to sleep 1 hour after school go for some active sport even if its going for a walk which by the way release stress hormnouns which.wil.make you feel better and sleep before 11 abd try to sleep all at once from 11 till 7/7:30am XD
